I offer lymphatic drainage, wood therapy (maderotherapy), relaxing massage, hot stone massage and Indian head massage. Each session is designed to help you soften, reset, and reconnect with your body. This is not a spa. It is a quiet room, warm hands, intuitive approach and a little everyday magic.

Alongside bodywork, I share my love of plant wisdom through herbal workshops, with small-batch remedies and herbal offerings coming soon.
